All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Northern Ireland / Highlands & Islands / Channel Islands (delivery times may vary)

Delivery Issues (Late / Missing Orders)

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Please check your tracking link.

  2. Check with neighbours or a safe place.

  3. Contact us at support@puraskin.co.uk with your order number and we’ll help promptly.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@puraskin.co.uk.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a re-shipping fee.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging
    We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
